Who We Are
VF is a proud member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is certified group exercise instructor holding certifications in; Group Resistance Training, Yoga, Pilates, Osteball Training for Bone Health, Zumba, Boot Camp, Floor, Core and more.
Head coach Veronika Farkas has a very well rounded Osteopathic Medicine Human Movement background from A.T. Still University of Health and Sciences to help modify for different needs in classes.
VF is one of the few fitness organizations approved to teach Jillian Michael’s Body Shred workouts.
VF is an accredited boxer.
VF is also a certified nutrition therapist to help with not only exercise bit with diet as the 2 go together for ultimate results.
Our Approach
Fun and results-driven progressive training method is designed to create a comfortable atmosphere for clients by getting to know each other in the small group and being comfortable working out together.
Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a small team while getting to the next fitness level. All classes focus on cross-training incorporating Flexibility, Endurance and Power (FEP). The idea is to cross train participants to gain FEP during their workouts. GXA provides small group trainings 6 days a week that are in-person, via Zoom as well as providing in-home videos for all fitness levels.

My approach helps everyone to reach the health condition to which they individually aspire. Personalized nutrition makes healthy dietary suggestions more relevant to the daily life of the individual. Suggested changes to dietary patterns are therefore more effective and lasting. No famous fad diets, rather customized plan that you can successfully stick to because it fits your life style.
Cost $100/month (includes consult, plan for 4 weeks and 24/7costumer support)
1 year commitment with all memberships.
After the 1 year term, withdrawals are accepted with a 1 month notice.

These one-on one session are designed to get you started and help with overall wellness, and prepare you make exercise into a life style. Sessions offered in-person or zoom depending on your comfort level and to make it convenient so you CAN focus on you.
